Giggle Jiggle e-card from KLM

Next time you go away, or maybe if you are just staying at home and want to put a smile on someone’s face, send them a Giggle Jiggle e-card. Even the name makes you smile, the Dutch Airline giant KLM has introduced these brilliant e-cards to give us a lift. The idea is incredibly simple, but the design and creativity that has gone into them is outstanding.

You can have yourself as the face of the giggling, jiggling head set against the backdrop of some of the most beautiful places in the world. So if you want to do a version of Riverdance in Africa, or show everyone your moves a la Bruce Lee now’s your chance. There is so much scope to have a laugh with these, just seeing your own face jigging around and turning cartwheels in the African bush is something to behold.

To create one of these cards really is simplicity itself. You log on and then browse through the destinations to choose your background and your character. You can then upload a photo of yourself or take a new one on a webcam and place it into the dancing head. Now you are the star of the your very own e-card and can send it to multiple recipients for absolutely no cost at all.

Apart from the obvious sending slant, these are also a new take on the photo sites where you put your face in the hole. The big difference in that you aren’t static, and seeing yourself doing dance moves that you can only dream about it quite exhilarating.
